My dear father,
I am happy to write you that I have done very fine in the first terminal test. I have stood second in the whole class. I hope I shall be doing much better in the final examination. I shall try to stand first in my class.
Father, things have become very costly. Even a chocolate costs rupees seven. It is very difficult to pull on. I request you to please increase my pocket money.
