Sub: Traffic jams in the town
The traffic on the Delhi roads has become an absolute nightmare, and, travelling on the roads a pain. Now, it seems that, traffic jams have become a part of our daily routines.
The situation is very disgusting as, for a job of one hour, an individual has to spend three hours – the two hours extra are spent in jams and at red lights. I request you to kindly see that the traffic gets better organised and people more disciplined in order to make movement easier and faster. You must enforce more discipline in your staff as well so that they can influence the moving public more efficiently, and make the movements easier and faster.

Regarding discipline I feel that wrong doers, people trying to overtake, people jumping the red light, should be punished forthwith and meticulously penalised. If more discipline is enforced I feel that the situation may improve. However, if it is not looked into carefully and seriously, it will become impossible to move on the Delhi roads.
