Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw attention of the local authorities towards the nuisance caused by the stray animals on the city roads through your Forum. I shall like to request you to publish the following matter in your esteemed paper:

“The busy roads of the city of Muzaffarnagar have become a virtual grazing ground for stray animals, specially the cows, during the day time. Repeated requests to the local authorities to save the people from this nuisance have so far fallen on deaf ears.

These animals block the traffic, quite often hit the people and cause panic when they start fighting with each other. This is over and above the dirtying of the roads because of them. Would anyone awaken the concerned authorities?”
