I am really very happy to get your affectionate letter of 12th February. It delights me to express that I have passed the +2 Science in 1st division. Mohan, my friend, has secured the first position in our college. He is preparing for his advance course in Computer.
Dear brother, I am really in a fix regarding the choice of career. Daddy suggests that after my graduation I should start a business on the strength of our native residence being located in the heart of Cuttack. Cuttack is the famous business centre of our state. As you know, I have no interest in business. I have always been interested in government service.
I know that you, as an engineer, will suggest me to go for technical study. Please consider other subjects which have importance today. Advise me whether I should take the Indian Administrative Service Examination. I am sure that I shall be successful.
