I. Character Development:

1. To develop a respect for the rights, privileges, opinions, property and individualities of others.

2. To create group situations which will develop desirable leadership and fellowship qualities in the pupils?

3. To set a standard of classroom and school environment behaviour which conforms to socially acceptable behaviour?

II. Technique of Teaching (Effective Teaching Learning):

V. Classroom Management:

1. To assign responsibility to pupils for the care and house-keeping of the room’s physical assets.

2. To develop, prepare and/or provide material and equipment and to display in a manner so as to improve the learning situation.

3. To maintain the school-room in a healthy and safe condition, assuring proper lighting, ventilation, etc.

4. To prepare and maintain orderly and accurately all required record, such as attendance registers.

1. To accept responsibility for pupil discipline throughout the school and in the interest of the school as a whole.

2. To cooperate with all co-workers and to exchange ideas in order to improve and provide variety of approach on the teaching situation.

3. To execute all required school regulations and assignments on time.

4. To accept his full share of pupil activity and participation, such as, attending athletic contests, etc.

5. To contribute constructively to committees, faculty meetings and other school system groups.

VII. Evaluation and Reporting of Pupil Performance:

1. To devise and administer appropriate tests to measure the level and quality of pupil learning.

2. To interpret test results and relate finding to pupil progress or lack of it in order to improve the teaching and learning process.

3. To evaluate pupil performances through reports, recitations, homework and other types of assignments.

4. To report pupil achievement and progress to parents by means of conferences and progress reports.

5. To cooperate and enlist the cooperation of school specialists in the process of pupil evaluation as required.
