The preconditions for the growth of Civil Society are knowledge Awareness, Educational development, Gender equality, High Standard of Living, Religious tolerance, equality and economic growth are necessary for the growth of Civil Society. People should be educated and equal opportunity in the field of education be provided.

Higher technical education should be easily available. Education gives mental development which leads to awareness about persons rights and duties. For that to achieve, he develops himself mentally. It is also necessary to have equality in the society. Society should not be divided on the basis of caste, creed and colour.

If it is so, then their rights should have equality. Rights of male and female should be same. Female also have same importance and standard. Society should have equality in the matter of economic well being and should have equal opportunity in economic field. Persons ideology should be of religious tolerance.

In India, these preconditions are not up to a standard level though they are present but have disparity and are not easily available. So, It is not conducive to Indian democracy fully. Up to some point favourable but we are marching towards it to achieve in near future.
