The communication process consists of the following elements:
1. Sender:
Sender or communicator is the person who sends a message or an idea.
2. Message:

Message is what is conveyed by the sender.
3. Encoding:
Sender translates the message into words, symbols or gesture, known to both the parties.
4. Channel:

It is the medium or route through which the message is passed from the sender to the receiver.
5. Receiver:
The person who receives the message is known as receiver.
6. Feedback:
ADVERTISEMENTS:
The effectiveness of communication is measured through feedback. When the sender receives the feedback, the process of communication is said to be complete.
