The communication process consists of the following elements:
Sender or communicator is the person who sends a message or an idea.
Message is what is conveyed by the sender.
Sender translates the message into words, symbols or gesture, known to both the parties.
It is the medium or route through which the message is passed from the sender to the receiver.
The person who receives the message is known as receiver.
The effectiveness of communication is measured through feedback. When the sender receives the feedback, the process of communication is said to be complete.
