Low literacy rate will shape the things in an irrational and illogical way in which the existence of man is at stake. This is obvious that the illiterate people may not understand the true colour of the selfish people and may fall in their traps easily. Low literacy rate cannot eliminate the unfound faiths and beliefs. They have a very narrow vision of thinking and doing.
To enable them to rise above these considerations and to cross the bonds of narrow visions which prove as barriers to our national development, a higher rate of literacy is utmost significance.
