The programme of Education for All categories of human being is developing the programme education also.
The Social Education, FELF, Polyvalent Adult Education Centre, NAEP, etc. were the forerunners of Adult Education Programme in our country. This programme also includes early childhood education, education of girls, education of the impaired, disabled, handicapped children and other exceptional children. The programme of Education for all covers (i) primary school age children including the disadvantaged and the girls who have remained out of the reach of all efforts to literate them, their enrolment and retention, (ii) illiterate adult population. In addition, it also aims at the Quantity and Quality of education received by all.
