Measures:
i. Human Rights Acts should be implemented with strict provisions. As the Human Rights are matters of world concern, related protocols and agreements, declarations and treaties should be given effect by all countries as legal provisions.
ii. Separate, effective, efficient and independent authority or system should be constituted to examine in the cases of Human Rights violations and their measures at international, national, regional and local levels.
iii. People, Governments, administration and officers should be made aware of Human Rights, Voluntary organisations and institutions should be promoted for the protection of Human Rights.
