Civic culture is the mixture of all the three types (Parochial, Subject and Participant Political Culture) of political cultures. Civic culture guarantees stable democracy. People feel involved in the affairs of governance but not too involved in the issues. In civic culture; people know that they can influence the government but do not influence the government uselessly.

Parochial Political Culture, exists in simple to additional societies (Artician tirades) in which there is very little specialisation. People are backward and ignorant about their political system.
