What is an unsound mind in general Parsi Act?

The Parsi Act under Section 32(b) and Section 32(bb) provides for divorce on the ground of unsound mind. Section 32 (b) provides for divorce on the ground of unsound mind at the time of marriage whereas Section 32(bb) provides for divorce on the ground of unsound mind after marriage.

Section 32(bb) presupposes 'Sound Mind' at the time of marriage but takes into consideration the subsequent eventuality of 'Sound' mind becoming 'Unsound' after solemnization of marriage. Since the Act provides for Divorce for unsound mind, before or after marriage, it necessarily means that marriage is treated as valid and not as void or voidable.
