Teaching is not mere talking because it requires conscious organization of learning activities, deliberate creation of a conductive and supportive learning environment. A teacher has to analyse and evaluate classroom climate and evolve a suitable plan of action to achieve the pre-specified desirable change in the behaviour of a group of learners who are constantly varying with respect to their interest and understanding speed.
