4. The iron does not heat up to its maximum temperature.
5. The iron at times gives shock.
6. I feel that its thermostat/compressor is not functioning properly.
7. The mixer refuses to run and I feel there is something wrong with its motor.
8. The fault seems to be major as we have already tried all adjustments of the controls.
9. The lid of the cooker is defective and the steam leaks out.
Ask for replacement or repair of the article:
10. I am sending the said item by rail parcel. I will be obliged if you could rectify the defect send it back at the earliest.
11. I would be grateful if you could replace the faulty part and return the cooker/it as early as possible.
12. I will feel highly obliged if you get our set/refrigerator replaced.
