How are natural resources classified ?



All natural resources can be classified into two categories, that is, 1. Inexhaustible natural resources and 2. Exhaustible natural resources.

Inexhaustable natural resources:

The resources that are present in huge quantity in the nature and regenerated after their consumption are called inexhaustible natural resources. These types of natural resources are not likely to be exhausted by normal activities of human beings.

Exhaustible natural resources:

The resources whose reserves in the nature are limited and which are not replenished atomic the same rate as consumption, are called exhaustible natural resources.
